Redlands Teacher Accused of Having Baby with Student May Not Stand Trial

Laura Whitehurst, the Redlands teacher accused of having a baby with one of her high school students, may not go to trial. Whitehurst faces 41 counts of sex and oral copulation with a minor. A deal may soon be reached in the case involving the three alleged victims. Tony Shin reports from San Bernardino for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on July 30, 2013.
