Riot Victim's Mom Calls for Peace

The parents of Eddie Lee, the LA Riots’ only Korean-American victim, visit their son’s grave twice a month – meticulously tending to the raised letters, clipping the grass and wiping the tiny image of their son’s face. They say it was social inequality that fueled the chaos that killed their then-18-year-old son. A single English word peaks through Lee’s Korean-speaking mother: “peace.” Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 27, 2012.
