Rental Car Company Apologizes, Refunds Customer Who Had Vehicle Stolen

A rental car customer was struck with a huge bill after his vehicle was stolen by a thief posing as an employee. Since Get Garcia’s initial report, the rental company apologized, and refunded the cost of the rental to the customer. Ana Garcia reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on March 4, 2013.
