Residents Allowed Back Into Homes as Powerhouse Fire Conditions Improve

An increase in humidity and a change in the winds helped firefighters get a handle on the Powerhouse Fire Monday. Residents in the Lake Hughes and Lake Elizabeth communities were let back into their homes because of the improved conditions.
