Rizzo's Attorney Wants to Take Trial Out of LA

The former Bell city manager says he wants to take the trial out of town and the former city administrator says she has proof she’s innocent. Both were in court Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing on the alleged misappropriation of public funds. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Jan. 23, 2013.
