Robert Rizzo Pleads No Contest in Bell Corruption Case

The ex-city manager was accused of misappropriating millions of dollars in public funds by paying them to himself. While Rizzo was originally denied a deal by the district attorney, he accepted responsibility after Judge Kathleen Kennedy indicated a sentence of 10 to 12 years for all 69 counts that he currently faces. Patrick Healy reports from Bell for NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2013.
