Fatal Shooting Near San Bernardino Rattles Residents

San Bernardino Police say Gary Kent Bullock, 50, was fatally shot early Monday morning in an unincorporated area near San Bernardino. Residents of the area describe what they saw and heard — including several pops of gunfire — during the incident. Jacob Rascon reports from the Inland Empire for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2012.
