Santa Ana Police Give New Details on Fatal Officer Involved Shooting

Santa Ana Police held a press conference Wednesday, after officers shot and killed an unarmed man following a disturbance at a McDonald’s restaurant. Police say the shooting happened in an area plagued with crime. Kathy Vara reports from Santa Ana for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on July 31, 2013.
