Santa Monica Gunman's Mother Speaks Out

Neighbors say the mother of the Santa Monica gunman is devastated after the tragedy of last Friday’s events. The mother sent out a neighbor Monday to read a statement expressing her condolences and “great sadness” after the shootings.
