Santa Monica Tries New Bicycle Rental Program

The city of Santa Monica is trying out a new bike rental program in an effort to reduce pollution and traffic congestion. The city will place 350 bikes at kiosks around the beach. Michelle Valles reports from Santa Monica for NBC4 News at 9 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2013.
