Santa Ana Teen Shot, Killed in Confrontation With Officers

A note was found in the bedroom of a teenager who was shot and killed Thursday in a confrontation with Santa Ana police, according to authorities. Witnesses described the shooting to NBC4’s Vikki Vargas for a report broadcast Friday, Sept. 28, 2012 on the NBC4 News at noon.
