Scammers Profit From Affordable Care Act Confusion

Scammers are taking advantage of the general mass confusion over health care reform by calling consumers and claiming to work for the government, in an attempt to get private information like credit card and bank numbers. Authorities say the government will usually contact consumers by mail, not by phone. Angie Crouch reports for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2013.
