Search Called Off for Occupants of Overturned Boat

Rescuers called off a search for the possible occupants of a boat that was found overturned off the coast of Dockweiler Beach on Monday night. The boat was reported capsized about 9 p.m. Gadi Schwartz reports from Playa Del Rey on the NBC4 News at 11on Monday, Sept. 29, 2014.
