Serial Rapist Targets Women in Massage Parlors

A perpetrator who targets massage parlors is believed to have been assaulting women as far back as 2009. DNA evidence has connected the assailant to at least 30 victims. Patrick Healy reports from Riverside for NBC4 News at 5 and 6 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2013.
