Should Electronic Cigarettes be Banned?

California lawmakers are considering banning electronic cigarettes which emit vapor and nicotine without polluting the air. Supporters say they are not only harmless, but also a better alternative for smokers trying to kick the habit. Hetty Chang reports from Long Beach for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 29, 2013.
