Slain Mayor's Brother Files $50M Wrongful Death Suit

Three weeks after Bell Gardens Mayor Daniel Crespo was allegedly killed by his wife inside their home, Crespo’s brother has filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit. Crespo’s wife insists the shooting was in self-defense. Kathy Vara reports from Bell Gardens for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014.
