SoCal Edison Customers Targeted in Bill Scam

SoCal Edison officials are warning of scammers calling customers and threatening to shut off their power if they don’t pay up. Since December 2012, more than 8,000 SCE customers have been targeted in this scam. Gadi Schwartz reports from Santa Fe Springs on the NBC4 News at 11 on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014.
