Power Outages Planned in OC

For the fifth time in a month, the electricity was cut to SoCal Edison customers in Lake Forest. The company turned the lights off in order to replace transformers and cable before the late summer heatwave. Vikki Vargas reports from Lake Forest for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on June 6, 2013.
