Leila Has Been Waiting for Two Years at an LA Animal Shelter

The sweet 6-year-old dog whose face looks like it’s locked in a smile has been at the shelter longer than any other animal — since June 1, 2016. She was surrendered to the shelter due to another pet coming in the home. She is available for adoption at the West Valley animal shelter.
