South LA Arson Fires May Be Linked

Two cars were set on fire and then minutes later, a fire was reported in a nearby Home Depot parking lot. Police believe these two fires may be connected. Jacob Rascon reports from South LA for the NBC4 News at 6 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014.
