Spike in LA Domestic Violence Calls

Despite a reported drop in overall crime in Los Angeles over the past year, statistics show a spike in domestic violence incidents in the Los Angeles. Amid the growing NFL abuse scandal, city officials are trying to reverse the trend. Patrick Healy reports from downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, 2014.
