Broken Parking Meter Bill Passes State Assembly

A state assembly committee gave the thumbs up to a bill that would allow drivers to park at broken parking meters and not get ticketed. Burbank Assemblyman Mike Gatto said he saw the stories about the injustices surrounding parking meters, and wanted to do something. Joel Grover reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on May 8, 2013.
