State of Emergency in San Diego County: Hotels Evacuated

A hotel in Oceanside, that was housing people evacuated from their homes, was evacuated twice in less than 24 hours as several fires soared through the San Diego area. Jacob Rascon reports for NBC4 News at noon from Oceanside Thursday, May 15, 2014.
