Street-Racing Bust Fills Up IE Car Lot

Cars with turbo engines, modified intake valves, custom wheels and other upgrades, some valued as much as $20,000, are sitting in a towing yard waiting to be gutted and crushed after some 27 people were arrested for allegedly street racing on Monday.
