New Details in Kern County School Shooting

A student armed with a 12-gauge shotgun walked into Taft Union High School in Kern County on Thursday and shot a classmate, who was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition. A teacher and a campus supervisor are being hailed as heroes for convincing the shooter to put down the weapon before he could hurt anyone else.
