Defeat for Jackson Family in Wrongful Death Trial

A jury of six men and six women determined that while AEG Live hired Dr. Conrad Murray, AEG was not liable for Michael Jackson’s death. The jury determined that Dr. Murray was “fit and competent” for the job for which he was hired. No award was given to Katherine Jackson or Michael’s three children.
