Kidnapping Suspect is Husband and Father, Neighbors Say

Witnesses helped nab a suspected kidnapper accused of trying to abduct at least three women in North Hollywood and Burbank. Neighbors say the suspect, 37-year-old Jason Kies, was a husband with two children. They said they’re thankful but unnerved by the arrest.
