Suspect in Student-Veteran's Slaying Had Warrant For His Arrest

Kwang Chol “K.C.” Joy was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with Maribel Ramos murder. In a Craigslist ad, he wrote he recently moved to Orange County from Tennessee. Court records in the state show a warrant was out for Joy s arrest after he failed to show up to court for a DUI charge. John Cadiz Klemack reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on May 17, 2013.
