Tagged towers spark conversation about security

The city of Los Angeles is continuing their efforts to clean up and secure the graffitied Oceanwide Plaza towers in downtown Los Angeles, and will discuss a plan to provide security for abandoned construction sites to prevent similar situations from happening at a city council meeting on Tuesday.
