Terry Smith Jr.'s Father to Hold Public Memorial Service

The father of an 11-year-old Menifee boy whose remains were found in a shallow grave will hold a public memorial service Thursday evening, hoping to thank community members for their support. Jacob Rascon reports from Lake Elsinore for the NBC4 News at noon on Thursday, July 25, 2013.
