The Grandfather of a Tortured Palmdale Boy Plans a Lawsuit.

The grandfather of Gabriel Fernandez, the Palmdale boy whose death led to abuse allegations and murder charges against the boy’s mother and her boyfriend, plans to file a civil lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.
