Thousands of SoCal Residents Under Evacuation Orders Due to Storm

First responders are preparing for the worst by putting up k-rails and positioning earth movers in high risk areas. Fire officials say the incoming storm could send rushing water from rain and snowpack right down the steep slopes of the Apple and El Dorado burn scars.
