Three Children Hit By Car Containing Incendiary Devices in OC

An elementary school in Orange County was put on lockdown after a man appeared on campus and was turned away by school officials, three children were later hit when the man was leaving. Robert Kovacik reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on May 23, 2022.
