Peter Lee is the Executive Director of Covered California, the state exchange for the Affordable Care Act. He tells NBC4’s Conan Nolan about the new campaign to get more people to sign up. They discuss the premium increase. Lee says California is unlike the rest of the country, they negotiate prices with health care providers. In southern California the increase will be less that 2 percent .
