Traffic Signal Installed After Teen Dies Crossing Street

A traffic signal was installed in South Los Angeles where 16-year-old Nathaniel Mota was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in September 2013. The installation of the signal was bittersweet for Mota’s family, who were glad the street is safer but still mourn the loss of the teen.
