Two OC Pimps Arrested, Charged with Human Trafficking

Two alleged pimps in Orange County are facing human trafficking charges including pimping and pandering, in separate incidents. Authorities say 40 percent of the women arrested in these cases are underage. Vikki Vargas reports from Anaheim for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on July 31, 2013.
