Two Shot During Attempted Cell Phone Robbery

After arranging to meet up online to sell a cell phone, two people were shot. This is the third online meet up that ended in violence in the Inland Empire in the past month. Christine Kim reports for Today in LA on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020.
