Unsafe Speed in Rain May Have Contributed to Tour Bus Crash

A bus full of older passengers swerved out of control then tipped over the 15 Freeway in Corona Thursday, just minutes after another tour bus overturned on the same stretch of freeway 50 miles south. Officials say the passengers were frightened, nervous and unable to communicate with first-responders because many of them spoke only Vietnamese.
