Uptick in CA Water Usage: Report

Despite warnings from officials that California is facing one of its worst droughts in its history and that excessive water usage could be penalized, water use went up during the month of May, according to a new report. Patrick Healy reports for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014.
