US pauses weapons shipment to Israel

This week Hamas said it agreed to a ceasefire proposal but Israel rejected it, saying the deal is far from meeting its demands. Now the Biden administration is pushing hard for a ceasefire to stave off a full-scale Israeli invasion into Rafah in southern Gaza. UCLA lecturer Dr. Benjamin Radd speaks to NBC4 on May 8, 2024.
