Use of Body Cams a Success for Rialto Police, Officials Say

The Rialto Police Department said a study shows that since their officers started wearing body cameras complaints against police have dropped significantly and so has the use of force by officers. Gadi Schwartz reports from Rialto for the NBC4 News at 11 on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014.
