Victim in Burbank Pursuit Recalls Impact

Nestorio Layumas explains what happened when he tried to pull over for a police chase that coming his way. The pursued driver was fleeing officers in a commercial van and ultimately surrendered after he struck Layumas’ car, which spun out and landed in the front yard of a home. Beverly White reports from Burbank for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2013.
