Vigil Held for Family Believed Held in Qatar

A vigil was held for Matthew and Grace Huang, an LA couple charged with starving to death their 8-year-old adopted daughter. They are believed to have been kidnapped and held in Qutar. Beverly White reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014.
