Vigil Held for OC Mass Shooting Victims

A memorial was set up in front of the offices where four victims were killed in the OC mass shooting and the family is asking for prayers to get them through this devastation. Kim Tobin reports for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on April 4, 2021.
