SoCal man fears for his family in Ecuador as violence continues

Ecuador is operating under a state of emergency due to growing rates of violence as a 60-day period of overnight curfews and military patrol are imposed. SoCal residents with family members in Ecuador are concerned for their safety. Jonathan Gonzalez reports for the NBC4 News on Jan. 10, 2024.
