Voters Will Face Three Medical Marijuana Issues on May Ballot

Backers are seeking votes for several different medical marijuana measures on the ballot next week. LA City Councilman Bill Rosendahl spoke out Tuesday in support of Measure D, which caps the number of dispensaries at 135, and would also require higher taxes. If several bills pass, then the one with the most votes will be enacted. Conan Nolan reports from Downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on May 14, 2013.
