Water Main Break Floods USC Dorm

USC students returning to campus found a dorm at the University’s health science campus was flooded after a water main broke on the roof. Water spread from the fifth floor to the basement of Currie Hall, a new dorm that was finished days ago. Annette Arreola reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 04, 2016.
