Moment of Silence for Toddler Killed by DUI Driver

Liam’s parents weren’t giving up on changing drunken driving laws after their son, just 15 months old, was killed by a drunken driver two years ago in Hawthorne. They held a moment of silence for him on the second anniversary of his death Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018.
