WeHo Halloween Started With “Bunch of Drunk Drag Queens”

Revelers started to converge on West Hollywood Wednesday evening for the city’s legendary Halloween Costume Carnavale. NBC4’s Ted Chen met several colorful characters, including a spot-on Rodney Dangerfield ala “Caddy Shack” during the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2012.
