Well-Known Animal Rescuer Accused of Abuse

A well-known animal rescuer in San Bernardino County now faces more than a dozen felony counts of animal abuse in what some in the rescue community are calling one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they have seen. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at 11 on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015.
